1. Course Fee Refund
Fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
Refunds are only considered in special cases approved by the institute management.
2. Refund Eligibility (Special Cases Only)
A refund may be approved if:
The student paid the fee twice by mistake.
The course is cancelled by the institute.
The student has not attended a single class after admission (must apply within 3 days of admission).
Note: Approval is at the discretion of the institute.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided if:
The student attended classes.
The student decides to leave the course midway.
The student is removed for misconduct or violation of rules.
The student requests a refund after the allowed period.
4. Refund Process
If eligible:
The student must submit a refund request with proof of payment.
Refund will be made through bank transfer or original payment method.
Processing time: 7–10 working days.
